3-Layer Polyethylene / Polypropylene

A robust, three-component coating system designed to provide long-term corrosion and mechanical protection for buried or submerged pipelines. The system consists of a fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) primer, a polyolefin adhesive layer, and an outer polyethylene (3LPE) or polypropylene (3LPP) jacket. This structure ensures excellent adhesion to steel, resistance to soil stress, moisture, and impact. Widely used in oil, gas, and water pipeline projects, 3LPE/3LPP is ideal for high-temperature and aggressive soil environment.

Product Description

3LPE / 3LPP is a multi-layered corrosion protection made up of:
– FBE (fusion bonded epoxy)
– Adhesive copolymer
– PE/PP (Polyethelene / Polypropylene)
